At Jackson Dermatology PLLC, cosmetic procedures are performed using the most advanced techniques available in the field of dermatology. Upon your first appointment you will have a private consultation with Dr. Michael E. Jackson along with one of his specially trained staff members to determine a customized course of treatment for you.

It is impossible to guarantee an exact result from any cosmetic treatment. Since there is no guaranteed outcome, the number of treatments you will be need can not always be predicted.  Each outcome is dependant upon your individual response to the treatment plan.

Cosmetic Deposits & Payments

Prior to any cosmetic procedure being performed, a cosmetic consultation is required.  The fee for the Cosmetic Consultation is $100 and Non Refundable. This fee will be applied to the cost of any cosmetic procedure scheduled within 1 month of your consultation. All cosmetic procedures must be paid in advance.  In order to reserve a scheduled “procedural” appointment time we require 50% of the procedure cost.  Our practice accepts Cash, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Prepaid Cosmetic Packages

Cosmetic packages must be completed within seven months of purchase. Changes can be made to cosmetic packages if necessary.  Remaining balances can only be used towards the purchase of other cosmetic services and products.   Gift Certificates are also available and balances can be used for purchases.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment we ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a $200 administrative fee for any appointments not cancelled within 24 hours.  Appointments must be rescheduled within 30 days of the missed scheduled procedural appointment or any paid monies will be subject to forfeiture.

Jackson Dermatology PLLC’s fees are affordable and are priced per area/per session.  For additional savings Cosmetic packages are also available.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. We do however guarantee that if problems arise they will be treated promptly and professionally, usually at no additional cost.
